Today is graduation day where I work, which means, of course, flags and degrees and endless smiles…but it also means, of course, chewing gum.

All of the above and then some….

….we (that is myself and Mrs. Gum Guy) distributed 14,500± sticks of gum at the World Pulse Festival just outside of South Bend today, using Wrigley’s new Slim Pack™ (pictured above) as the distibution device.
Most popular flavor: Juicy Fruit (pictured above, right); runner-up, Extra Berry Pearadise (as its title suggests, berries in an unholy marriage with pears), with the dark horse candidate being 5’s Lush flavor (Wrigley gum in high priced packaging and disguise), which purported to be citrus-inspired, but depending on who you asked, it tasted either like orange, peach, mango or just simply Juicy Fruit with a kick (click on the title “Lush” for a more comprehensive review).
Least faves for the day? Old warhorses Winterfresh and Big Red (at lower left above).
